1.  Can I charge my product under direct sunlight?

Our toys will bring a dose of sunshine to any day but they truly shine bright with indoor light. At least 30 minutes under indoor light will get them glowing softly. And for an extra sprinkle of magic, use a small flashlight to give them a boost to shine bright in the night.

2. How do I activate the glow-in-the-dark element on my toy?

Place your toy under indoor lighting for at least 30 minutes. This will charge up the special glow-in-the-dark elements. When the lights go out, your toy will glow with a soft and calming light, ready to make the night a little brighter.

3. How long will the toy glow in the dark?

After charging under the light, your toy will typically glow for around 4 to 6 hours, depending in the charging session. You will always notice the brightest glow in the first few minutes. The glow will gradually fade but can be recharged again and again for endless night-time fun.

4. What's the best way to charge my glow-in-the-dark toy?

For the best glow, hold your toy close to an indoor light source for at least 30 minutes. Remember, the closer the light and the longer the charge, the brighter your toy will shine! Don’t forget, if you need an extra boost, simply use a flashlight and shine the light all over your product for extra shine.

5. Is it safe to leave the toy under a lamp for a long time?

Yes, it's safe to leave your toy under a lamp to charge. However, ensure it's not touching the bulb or too close to a high-heat source. Always use a cool light source to keep your toy and everyone around it safe.

6. Can I use sunlight to charge my glow-in-the-dark toy?

Sunlight can charge your toy, but it's not as effective as indoor lighting. Plus, long exposure to direct sunlight might harm the toy's material. Stick to indoor lights for a quick and safe charge.

7. Why isn't my toy glowing?

Make sure your toy has been charged under an indoor light source for at least 30 minutes. If it's still not glowing, try charging it closer to the light or for a longer period. For extra brightness, a flashlight can give it a powerful boost!
